Job Summary
We're hiring
Inside Sales Executives
who are driven, articulate, and passionate about helping people grow. This is a consultative sales role involving direct interaction with prospective learners to guide them toward suitable career upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
Make
80-100 calls daily
to engage potential learners
Understand their career goals and suggest appropriate programs
Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions when needed
Achieve
weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Log all interactions and leads in the CRM system accurately
Who Can Apply
Freshers
eager to start a career in sales
Professionals with up to 3 years
of B2C sales experience (any industry)
Prior EdTech or telesales experience is a plus
Must have
excellent communication skills
in English and Hindi
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn
Education Requirement
Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
What We Offer
Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum
