Full-time, On-site

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Range:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company's services effectively. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into confirmed sales. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term growth. Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Male/Female candidates can apply. Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service will be an advantage. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality. Ability to handle objections professionally and close deals. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
