We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our Inside Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in inside sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Strong negotiation and closing skills * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
