Key Responsibilities:
Generate demand for new product launches through B2B channel partners; achieve
minimum 15 orders/day

Identify and convert
at least 10 new clients per month
through research and outreach.
Analyze sales data to identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities.
Ensure daily completion of TAT & PT (
Interpret sales data and take informed business decisions.
Negotiation Skills:
Convince clients effectively and close sales.
Process Oriented:
Follow defined processes, KRAs, and SOPs diligently.
Experience:
Minimum
2 years
in Field Sales, B2B Inside Sales, or Business Development (books/publication industry preferred).
Mindset:
Ambitious, result-driven, and solution-oriented.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven ability in client acquisition, handling, and relationship building.
Strong time & sales management, communication, and convincing skills.
