Inside Sales Executive (Tamil & Telugu Speaking)

to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

tele sales, inside sales, or business development

, and possess

excellent communication skills in Tamil & Telugu

.

The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving business growth through effective relationship management and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with

Tamil & Telugu

-speaking clients. Understand customer requirements and present appropriate financial products/services. Generate and nurture leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups. Maintain CRM records and achieve assigned sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve conversion rates. Provide daily and weekly reports on sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Fluency in Tamil & Telugu language

is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing preferred). Proven experience (1-5 years) in

Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development

. Must be

currently residing in Delhi NCR or Gurugram

(Face-to-Face interview required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
