Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, clearly communicating the value of Karban's smart consumer appliances, and converting qualified leads into successful sales. This role requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and comfort with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote and sell Karban products.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and use cases to customers and address objections or concerns.
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable products.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM and internal tracking systems.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure timely closure and a positive buying experience.
Achieve assigned sales targets monthly.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and messaging.
Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and post-sales experience.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
Prior experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or retail/consumer product sales is mandatory.
Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets).
Good to excellent spoken English; proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand and confidently explain technical or smart consumer products.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
Working Conditions
Full-time, on-site role
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday
