Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead nurturing.* Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions to promote company products/services.* Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.* Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead generation campaigns.* Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.* Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor strategies.* Prepare and share sales reports with management for performance tracking and forecasting.*
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).* 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email etiquette.* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.* Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and work under pressure.* Familiarity with CRM tools is plus.* Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales-driven environment.*
