We are seeking an experienced

Inside Sales Executive

with strong

B2B telesales

expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

lead generation, tele-calling, prospecting, and converting B2B leads

. Candidates from a similar industry (Beauty, Wellness, Personal Care, FMCG) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B telesales to generate new business opportunities.

Identify, qualify, and convert leads through effective communication.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in B2B telesales/inside sales.

Proven experience in

lead generation and tele-calling

.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Candidates from similar industries will be given preference.
