Role Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving in-store sales by engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable product solutions. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets and supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales value. Close sales effectively and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

2. Store Operations Support

Ensure products are well-displayed, clean, and properly tagged with pricing and offers. Maintain store hygiene and visual merchandising standards. Support billing processes and coordinate with the cashier for smooth transactions.

3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when required. Encourage repeat visits by delivering a positive in-store experience.

4. Inventory & Coordination

Assist in monitoring stock levels and inform the store manager about low inventory. Coordinate with backend teams for product availability and delivery timelines.

5. Reporting & Compliance

Update daily sales reports and customer interaction records. Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and retail SOPs.

Requirements & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a retail store environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to meet sales targets. Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Excel is a plus. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
