Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions
Handle client calls, product presentations, and deal closures
Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data
Coordinate with vendors for solution design and pricing
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close agreements
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Track deliveries and provide post-sales support
Ensure timely payment collections
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical concepts
Good negotiation and business acumen
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
CRM experience preferred
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
