We are hiring an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our IT sales operations. The role involves lead generation, client communication, solution selling, coordination with vendors, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities
Generate
qualified leads
to meet monthly & annual sales targets
Understand client requirements and suggest
appropriate IT solutions
Handle
inbound & outbound customer calls
, explain products, and close deals
Follow a
structured sales process
with proper CRM updates
Coordinate with vendors for
solution design, quotations & pricing
Negotiate
pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
smooth order execution
Track
deliveries
and provide
post-sales support
Ensure timely
payment collections
from clients
Maintain accurate records of
leads, follow-ups, proposals & closures
Requirements (What You Need)
Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong
communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain
IT products/solutions
Good
negotiation skills
and strong business sense
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Basic
CRM knowledge
is an added advantage
Fluent English (spoken & written) is mandatory
