Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline for ERP, business consulting, and financial/strategic solutions offered by ITAakash Strategic ERP. This role focuses on

telephonic, email, and online sales coordination

rather than field sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tools Explain

ERP solutions, business loans, and strategic services

to prospective clients Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales managers Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending closures Coordinate with operations and documentation teams Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Handle inbound sales queries and outbound prospecting Build long-term relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred) 1-3 years experience in

inside sales / telecalling / B2B sales

Experience in

ERP, software sales, finance, or consulting

is an advantage Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred) Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM systems) Persuasive, confident, and target-driven personality
Preferred Experience

ERP software sales Business loan / financial product sales SaaS or B2B solution selling Cold calling & lead conversion
