Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and closing sales over the phone or via online channels. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate sales. Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities. Maintain and expand the customer database through CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Build long-term relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance. Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to optimize campaigns and lead conversion. Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular status reports. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
