Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage both walk-in clients at our site/office and inbound/outbound sales inquiries. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead conversion, client engagement, and delivering an excellent customer experience from first contact to site visit and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in clients at the office/project site, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options. Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and promote site visits. Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and USP of the property. Coordinate and schedule site visits for walk-in and call-in leads. Work closely with the field sales team to ensure seamless handover and follow-through. Update and maintain lead status in CRM tools and prepare regular reports. Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets. Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image during client interactions. Provide post-visit follow-up and nurture leads until final closure.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred). 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or client-facing roles (real estate experience a strong plus). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Customer-oriented attitude and confidence in face-to-face discussions. Basic knowledge of real estate products and market trends. Fluency in English and local language Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per client schedules (with a weekday off).
