Inside Sales Executive (real Estate)

Job Description

Handle both outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential property buyers, investors, and existing clients. Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads received through various channels such as online portals, marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins. Provide detailed and accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, including property features, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans. Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested clients, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. Work proactively to achieve individual and team targets related to lead conversions, bookings, and revenue. Maintain and update client details, project information, and communication history in the ERP system and internal databases. Prepare and share periodic reports on lead status, customer feedback, and sales progress with the management. Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closing. Maintain professionalism, positive communication, and excellent service standards while interacting with clients. Freshers are welcome - candidates with good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn will be provided with full training and guidance.
