Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving two-wheeler sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes handling walk-in customers, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:



Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements. Explain product features, specifications, and finance options clearly. Conduct test rides and ensure a smooth buying experience. Follow up with prospective customers through calls and visits. Maintain and update customer data and inquiry records. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for vehicle delivery. Ensure proper documentation and registration process for sold vehicles. Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by the dealership.

Qualification & Experience:



Diploma / Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
