Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller)
to join our dynamic sales team. You will generate leads, counsel prospective learners, and close enrollments over the phone. This role directly contributes to the growth of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective students/parents/professionals from provided databases and generated leads.
Understand customer needs and pain points related to education and career development.
Effectively qualify leads based on interest, need, and buying potential.
Product Presentation & Consultation:
Clearly articulate the value proposition of TechnoCLASS Edtech's courses, programs, and services.
Provide detailed information, answer questions, and address concerns regarding our offerings.
Counsel potential learners on the best-fit programs for their individual goals.
Sales Closure:
Drive sales through persuasive communication and negotiation techniques.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful enrollment.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and enrolled learners.
Follow up effectively with leads to nurture interest and overcome objections.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
Experience:
Inside sales, telemarketing, or BPO experience preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Goal?oriented, independent, and team?focused.
Additional languages are a plus.
