About the Role:

Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a

responsible, hardworking, and target-driven Inside Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The role demands excellent communication, convincing skills, and a customer-first attitude. You will play a key part in helping people find the right healthcare solutions while achieving your sales targets in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert inquiries into customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable medical equipment or services. Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and close deals within timelines. Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain and update lead and customer data through CRM systems. Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets. Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing events when required.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Responsible, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Quick learner with an ability to grasp product knowledge. Proficient with computers (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple leads efficiently. Immediate joiner.

Eligibility:

Qualification: MBA / B.Tech / Graduate (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare). Experience: 1-3 years in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Healthcare Sales. Gender: Male candidates preferred, but open to all deserving profiles.
