Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
cold calling
to generate new business opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through phone, email, and online research.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead/customer details.
Build strong client relationships and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of proven
inside sales / telecalling / cold calling
experience.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a positive attitude.
