Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to handle both inbound and outbound sales executive. This individual will be responsible for responding to incoming customer inquiries, as well as proactively reaching out to potential clients to generate new business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Inbound Sales:

Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, chats, or web inquiries from prospective and existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations. Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities and close deals. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.

Outbound Sales:

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to prospective clients to generate new leads. Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and schedule appointments or product demos. Present and sell products/services to potential customers using persuasive sales techniques. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up on cold and warm leads to drive sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales (inbound, outbound, or both), customer service, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Comfortable working with CRM systems and other sales tools. Goal-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with B2B or B2C sales. Knowledge of the industry or product line. Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
