We are looking for a motivated and confident

Inside Sales Executive

with

1-2 years of experience in the IT sector

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads and support the sales team through effective telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company's IT products and services Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for smooth communication Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

Requirements:

1 year of sales experience in the

IT industry

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in handling both B2B and B2C communication Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
