Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries
Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for smooth communication
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements:
1 year of sales experience in the
IT industry
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling both B2B and B2C communication
Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
