We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing sales for industrial piping systems, pipeline accessories, valves, and valve automation products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming enquiries from customers (industries, contractors, OEMs, etc.)
Prepare and share techno-commercial proposals/quotations with customers
Regular follow-up with customers to convert enquiries into orders
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics teams for order execution
Maintain customer data, enquiry status, and sales reports
Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
Experience:
1-5 years in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination (Industrial Products)
Experience in
pipes, pipeline accessories, valves, or valve automation
will be an added advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical requirements and customer specifications
Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP/CRM systems
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate from
Mechanical / Industrial Sales background
Prior experience in B2B industrial sales
Exposure to dealing with EPC contractors, industrial plants, or project-based sales
