Job Description

Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, OLX, etc.). Qualify client needs based on budget, location, property type, and timeline. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring all follow-ups are tracked and timely. Coordinate with field sales executives to arrange property viewings for clients. Prepare and present property proposals/offers to prospective buyers or tenants. Guide clients through the booking process, documentation, and payment milestones. Prospect for new property listings by scanning local newspapers, online classifieds, and social media groups. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers. Support marketing efforts by updating property details, photographs, and prices in listings. Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
