Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate with the higher ups according to their availability.
Handle calls of leads and customers
Describe the products and USP of the product and try to generate maximum conversions.
Regular follow ups with potential clients.
Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
Generate relevant reports from the same.
Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement.
Requirements:
1. 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales
2. Higher Secondary Education and up.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
5. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced sales, highly ambitious
