Position: Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
? Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital
channels.
? Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
? Demonstrate company products and maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales
targets.
? Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and
lead follow-up.
? Maintain data and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
? 1-3 years of relevant experience in inside sales or lead generation.
? Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and a pleasant personality.
? Strong knowledge of BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, or Retail technology landscapes and
enterprise buying processes.
? Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
? Proficiency in LinkedIn, Canva, and other digital tools/social media platforms for lead
generation.
? Persuasive, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
? Team player with good collaboration and organizational skills.
