We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales or customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a good understanding of customer needs to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
Use strong convincing skills to convert leads into sales.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in the Excel sheet.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure continuous engagement.
Provide accurate and appropriate customer information to the management team.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
6 months of experience
in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Conversion.
Excellent
communication skills
(English, Hindi and Odia).
Strong
convincing and negotiation skills
.
Ability to clearly understand customer needs and respond proactively.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and lead handling.
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate data.
