Customer Success & Inside Sales Executives
. This role is perfect for freshers or early professionals who want to build a career in client relationship management, sales, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues.
Understand client needs and offer solutions that create maximum value.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Track customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Meet and exceed sales and customer success targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
0-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
