We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Tele-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, presenting products or services, answering queries, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive, Telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills (both in English and local language, if required).
Strong listening, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
High level of self-motivation and resilience.
Education & Experience
Minimum: Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing/customer support (freshers can also apply).
