Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Present course details clearly, including features, benefits, fee structures, and career outcomes.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions manually.
Consistently achieve monthly targets for enrollments.
Requirements
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role (education/training sector preferred).
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and convert leads effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
