We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting buyers in finding properties that match their preferences, negotiating deals, and facilitating a smooth sales process. This role involves cold calling potential clients, maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers, and collaborating with legal and financial professionals to ensure successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential buyers through cold calling and follow-up communication.
Understand buyer requirements and present suitable properties based on price, size, and location.
Arrange and conduct property visits, providing detailed information about listings.
Keep clients informed about offer statuses, negotiation progress, and contract updates.
Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and prospective buyers.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic selling.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cold calling and convert leads into sales.
Knowledge of the real estate market, pricing trends, and legal requirements.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
