An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the growth of the organization. They are responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, understanding customer requirements, and effectively communicating product value to close sales.
Lead Generation and Qualification

Goal:
Effectively convert data, inquiries, and leads from schools into scheduled meetings or demos for the core team.

Responsibilities:
Prospect research and identification
Cold calling and email outreach
Lead nurturing through calling, email, and other tools
Qualifying leads based on the ideal customer profile

KPIs:
Number of outbound calls made per day, week, or month
Number of emails sent per day, week, or month

Sales Activity and Engagement
1.
Goal:
Increase meaningful conversations and progress leads through the sales funnel.

Researching prospects, reaching the right decision-makers, and selling offerings

Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not compulsory)

Fair understanding of the education sector; experience selling vocational training courses to schools or colleges is an added advantage
