As an Inside Sales Executive the person needs to hold the following roles and responsibilities at Aashayein Judiciary -
Making outbound calls to students regarding courses offered by the institution.
Explain course details, fee structure, batch timings, faculty, and admission process clearly.
Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing suitable courses based on their needs.
Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and emails to convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or admission system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets assigned by the management.
Address queries and concerns of students in a polite and professional manner.
Keep updated knowledge of courses, discounts, scholarships, and promotional offers.
Participate in admission campaigns, webinars, counselling sessions, and promotional activities.
Maintain confidentiality of student data and follow ethical sales practices.
