Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services. Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records. Follow up with leads to convert them into sales. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions. Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager.
