We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented
Inside Sales Executive
with at least 2 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, strong negotiation abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the IT industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions and services.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.
Collaborate with the sales and technical team to deliver customized solutions.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client interactions and progress.
Conduct online demos and presentations for potential clients.
Stay updated with IT industry trends, market competition, and new product offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in
inside sales/business development in the IT industry
.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand and explain IT solutions, software, and services.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
