Inside Sales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. If you thrive on closing deals, building relationships, and growing revenue--this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads. Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects. Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales or business development teams as needed. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Manage CRM entries and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Provide timely follow-up and excellent customer service to leads and prospects. Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align outreach efforts.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., SaaS, real estate, digital services]. Understanding of consultative selling techniques. Fluency in multiple languages (if relevant to your market).
