The candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, prospecting, and inside sales activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for Microsoft cloud and licensing solutions.
Engage with prospects via phone, email, and online meetings to understand their business needs.
Pitch and promote Microsoft offerings including Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and other cloud-based solutions.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
Follow up with leads to convert them into qualified opportunities.
Work closely with the field sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and collaboration.
Stay updated on Microsoft product portfolio, licensing changes, and promotional offers.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Strong
communication skills
(spoken and written).
Experience in
calling and lead generation

knowledge of Microsoft products like
Office 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365

Experience using tools like
CRM software
(e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Goal-oriented and good at building customer relationships.
Team player and self-motivated.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (any stream, preferably Business, IT, or Marketing).
2-3 years of experience in inside sales or IT sales.
* Experience with Microsoft solutions is a plus.
