to drive lead generation, prospect engagement, and sales coordination for our ERP and IT service offerings. The role focuses on converting inquiries into qualified opportunities by understanding customer needs, positioning THS solutions, and working closely with field sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities1) Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities through
cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and digital channels
.
Research target industries/companies and build a
qualified lead database
.
Connect with prospects to understand requirements and map them to
THS ERP and IT solutions
.
2) Sales Coordination
Schedule client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for the
field sales team
.
Maintain accurate lead/opportunity data in
CRM and Excel trackers
.
Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for
proposals, demos, and presentations
.
3) Client Communication & Relationship Management
Respond to incoming inquiries via phone/email in a timely, professional manner.
Share relevant information on
ERP modules, pricing, implementation approach, and timelines
.
Nurture leads through structured follow-ups until they move to
closure/hand-off
.
4) Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and share
daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports
.
Track pipeline, conversion ratios, and opportunity forecasts.
Support creation of
quotations, tenders, proposals, and client documentation
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration / Marketing / IT
or related field.
2-5 years
experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferred:
ERP/Software/IT domain
).
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
.
Good knowledge of
lead generation methods
and familiarity with
CRM tools
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and professional email writing.
Basic understanding of
ERP or business management software
is a plus.
