We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with senior business leaders across global markets. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, scheduling high-quality meetings, and supporting our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to CXOs, Founders, and Heads of Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations across global B2B companies.
Introduce company services in a professional, consultative manner.
Understand prospect business challenges and identify fit.
Qualify leads based on need, authority, budget, and timing (BANT).
Schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders.
Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and lead status in CRM.
Follow structured call scripts while adapting to live conversations.
Achieve daily/weekly call, conversation, and meeting targets.
Collaborate with research and marketing teams to improve targeting and messaging.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in B2B cold calling, inside sales, or tele-sales.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral/international accent.
Strong ability to communicate with senior business leaders.
Confidence in handling objections and gatekeepers.
Ability to understand B2B services, technology, or business solutions.
Comfortable working with CRMs, calling tools, and lead databases.
Target-driven, disciplined, and process-oriented.
Preferred Background
Experience calling into India, US, UK, Middle East, or European markets.
Exposure to B2B environments.
Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.).
