INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 0-2 years | Type: Full-time

THE ROLE



The Inside Sales Executive will support business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities. The role requires effective communication of MobCast's HR Tech solutions and close coordination with internal teams to convert leads into meaningful business engagements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and email campaigns Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them through the sales pipeline Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities Develop a strong understanding of MobCast's products and solutions Clearly communicate product value propositions to prospective customers Address initial client queries and coordinate with internal teams for demos or detailed discussions Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Proactively improve communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement Good organisational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
