Role Overview
As our
Inside Sales Executive
, you are the first face (and voice) of Accordible. You'll generate high-quality leads, qualify real opportunities, fuel the field sales team, and help drive business across Mumbai's top hotels, corporates, hospitals, IT parks, and industrial facilities.

What You Will Do (Your Superpowers)
1. Turn Prospects into Meetings
Call potential clients and open doors into major accounts.
Qualify requirements for duct cleaning, HVAC, facade cleaning, or engineering services.
Book
high-value meetings
for the field sales team.
2. Own the CRM
Keep the pipeline organized, updated, and moving.
Ensure follow-ups are on time, every time.
Maintain 100% lead accuracy no leakage, no chaos.
3. Research & Navigate Corporate Accounts
Map decision-makers (FM, Admin, Engineering Heads).
Identify new companies, new sites, new opportunities daily.
Track trends in the FM, HVAC, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
4. Support Closures
Prepare proposals, BOQs, costing sheets, and client communications.
Coordinate with field sales to ensure clients get what they need fast.
5. Be the Communication Champion
Lightning-fast responses to inbound leads.
Crisp emails.
Polished WhatsApp communication.
Zero delay in documentation.

Who You Are
1-3 years' experience in inside sales (B2B preferred).
You communicate like a pro, confident, clear, polite, and convincing.
You love structure, discipline, and hitting targets.
Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel.
Bonus if you have FM/HVAC/technical services exposure (training provided).
