Siddhi Filter Media is looking for a proactive and research-driven

Telecaller cum Inside Sales Associate

. This is not a simple calling job it involves

Market Research (R&D)

to identify new industrial sectors and

Strategic Cold Calling

to build business relationships. You will play a key role in identifying potential B2B clients and converting them into sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Outreach (Core Role):

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (Daily Target: [e.g., 60-80] calls) to industrial prospects. Deliver professional sales pitches for our filtration products (Air, Liquid, and Solid filter media). Navigate through gatekeepers to connect directly with Purchase Managers and Technical Heads. Handle customer objections confidently and provide accurate product information.

2. Market Research & R&D:

Conduct daily research to identify new industries (Pharma, Chemical, Food, Oil & Gas) that require filtration solutions. Explore new geographical markets and industrial hubs to expand the company's reach.

3. Digital Prospecting & Internet Surfing:

Use Google, LinkedIn, and B2B directories to find and verify contact details of decision-makers. Stay updated on industrial trends to find "hot" leads for the sales team.

4. Sales Coordination:

Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the senior sales team. Send company profiles, product catalogs, and quotations via email or WhatsApp. Maintain a meticulous database in MS Excel, tracking every interaction and follow-up date.

Requirements & Skills

Education:

Graduate or 12th Pass with a professional approach.

Experience:

0-2 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills in

English

(knowledge of Local language is an advantage).

Technical Skills:

Must be very comfortable with

Internet Surfing

and

MS Excel

.

Attitude:

A "never-give-up" attitude toward cold calling and a desire to learn about industrial manufacturing.
