We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to support our export sales operations. The candidate will handle international client communication, generate leads, manage outbound calls, and coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to international prospects and generate qualified leads.
Respond to inquiries from overseas clients and share product details, pricing, and quotations.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Coordinate with export documentation, logistics, and production teams for order execution.
Follow up on shipments, payments, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Skills & Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in inside sales or outbound calling (preferably in exports).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Understanding of international markets and export processes is a plus.
Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.
