Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems. Follow up with leads to ensure conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Maintain professionalism and a positive customer approach on every call.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in

Hindi and English

(Marathi preferred). Ability to handle customer queries confidently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Good listening and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
