Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Take appointments through phone, email, and digital communication channels
Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets
Work closely with marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth coordination
Use CRM tools effectively for tracking interactions and follow-ups
Stay updated with market trends and company product knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, Retail technology landscape, and enterprise buying processes
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
Skilled in LinkedIn, Canva, and various social media platforms for lead generation
Pleasant personality with strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities
