We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client engagement, specifically within the IT services domain. Exposure to staffing and recruitment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Perform lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and outreach on professional platforms.
Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure continuous engagement.
Understand client needs and align them with company offerings in IT services and staffing solutions.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure pipeline movement.
Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams for client requirements.
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
Good understanding or exposure to IT staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written.
Strong cold calling and email outreach skills.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
