Make outbound calls to convert hostel booking leads.
Explain property details, pricing, and facilities to parents and students.
Handle objections confidently and ensure smooth follow-ups.
Update and manage all leads and follow-ups in CRM accurately.
Coordinate with the property and accounts team for visit scheduling and payments.
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic CRM and computer knowledge.
Target-driven and disciplined work approach.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum: HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
6 months-2 years of experience in call centre / telesales / CRM operations.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Both male and female can apply.
