We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our testing laboratory's business development team. The role involves generating new leads, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
Understand client requirements related to testing and inspection
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service agreements, Proforma Invoices to
clients.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales.
Coordinate with technical teams to clarify testing scopes, turnaround times, and pricing.
Tracking the projects timelines and meeting deadlines of customers.
Coordinating with Lab manager for customer queries and complaints.
Maintain and update the CRM database with client information and interactions.
Handle inbound inquiries from clients regarding testing capabilities and sample submission.
Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance to management.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Automobile
0-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in testing, inspection,
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of laboratory testing services (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and CRM tools
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
Two-Wheeler and Driving licence is must
