We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client needs, coordinating with vendors, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads to meet monthly and annual sales targets
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls and explain product offerings
Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle and close deals
Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow a structured sales process
Coordinate with vendors for solution design, quotations, and pricing
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and payment schedules
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Track deliveries and provide necessary post-sales support
Ensure timely payment collections from clients
Maintain proper documentation of leads, proposals, and closures
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IT products/solutions (added advantage)
Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Ability to work under target-driven environment
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
