Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
Promote ERP software, mobile apps, and related services
Generate leads, schedule software demos, and follow up for closures
Maintain client and lead data using CRM tools
Share client feedback with the management team
Skills and Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development
Graduates (especially in Marketing) with strong communication skills may also apply
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Commerce, Marketing, or Sales
Experience in Software / ERP / B2B sales
Knowledge of tools like AnyDesk and TeamViewer
