Identify and pursue new business leads in assigned markets. Present and promote IT software products to clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Meet sales targets and handle all sales communication.

Requirements:



Experience selling IT software (HRMS/CRM/Payroll preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and close deals.
